MC circulates all alternatives to every Owner Representative, attaching signature pages. Owners have another 15 calendar days to sign an alternative they support. An alternative is adopted only if all 13 Owner Representatives sign it. If no alternative receives unanimous approval, the original MC proposal is binding. (Resolution §2.5)
