Walid

Walid Halabi

Co-Founder

 Walid has been working in the hospitality Paris real estate industry for over 25 years. In 2005, he founded Paris Pied-a-Terre, a vacation rental platform. In 2008, he launched Paris Residence Club, one of the first urban fractional ownership programs in the world and the first dedicated to luxury residences in Paris. He later worked as a fractional ownership consultant in Turkey and Portugal, and recently returned to France to co-found Fractional France. 

Laura Sanders

Co-Founder

Laura is a seasoned Paris real estate professional with extensive experience in developing Paris fractional ownership properties.

From choosing only the most spectacular addresses to designing luxurious vacation homes for her clients, Laura ensures it's a smooth and fun experience for everyone.

Laura began her real estate career at the esteemed Corcoran Sunshine marketing group in NYC.  Laura is an American with a French husband and 3 little girls.

Local Manager

Rik, a native Californian, has been in Paris for over 30 years. He started as a psychotherapist for the ex-pat community before becoming Fractional France's Local Manager. Featured on Travel Channel's 'Passport to Europe' with Samantha Brown and in Five Star Alliance's 'The Informed Traveler,' Rik ensures your property is always in tip-top condition and troubleshoots issues as they arise. His unique style and dedication have earned him a loyal following within the Fractional France family.
