Paris

  • Apartments need to be in the most sought-after neighborhoods - the Marais, St. Germain area, the 7th arrondissement by the Eiffel tower.
  • Preferably with a view.
  • Preferably on a high floor, and definitely accessible with an elevator.
  • In any case, the apartment has to have a Wow! factor to it. Something that owners would be proud to show off to their friends and family.
  • No new constructions.

Country houses

  • Houses need to have three bedrooms, at minimum.
  • A swimming pool.
  • Preferred locations: Provence or the wine regions.
  • The view must be spectacular.
